Forum marketing can be a very lucrative way to make a living online but you have to stop abusing the forums that you attend. If you want to promote affiliate programs at forums, why not try this? Get a domain and hosting and put up a Wordpress blog. On the blog, start with putting up some good articles related to the niche you're in. Don't want to write them yourself? Fine, outsource them or find some from article directories like this one. Remember to keep the resource boxes intact or you're in violation of the article directory terms of service.

Next thing you want to do is get yourself a good autoresponder service. You're going to either create a free report related to your niche have somebody write one for you. Many freelancers will do this for a fair price. Give the report away in exchange for people opting into your list. In the report, make sure you have a link to the product you're promoting. You might also want to include an autoresponder series to follow up with each list member.

Going back to your blog, put up a text or video review of the product or products you're promoting. This will give your sales pitch more credibility if you can honestly talk about the product and what it's done for you. Naturally, you will have to use it in order to do this.

What you have now done is put together a site that is your own that will NOT be in violation of the forum's terms of service if they require you to have a site that is your own in order to place a link to it in your signature. If you provide good content on the site and make the focus more on helping people than pitching a product, you'll be surprised how many sales you'll end up making.
